As promised, I am taking you inside of the Élysée Palace.
As promised, I am taking you inside of the Élysée Palace. The palace is huge: several salons, the President office, meeting rooms, library, hall of Festivities and so on. In general it may take up to 4 hours to see everything. The story of the palace goes back to the 18th century, and it seems that some of the rooms still have the spirit of that time (except for the last room, it’s the 20th-century Salle à Manger Paulin).
Просматривая фотографии, я нашла вот эти замечательные снимки, сделанные во время моего посещения Елисейского дворца. Нет, я не была почетным гостем Монсье Президента, это были всего лишь journée du patrimoine. После 4 часов ожидания в очереди ( с 6 утра), нам все же удалось попасть в это красивое место с шикарным парком. О внутреннем дизайне напишу в следующей статье.
