Lenôtre Paris: macarons+lunch
If you like delicious French macarons, then the name Lenôtre should sound familiar to you. Yesterday when I came to their newly opened boutique in le cour des senteurs in Versailles to buy a sweet present for my friend, I discovered that they could offer far more than colorful macarons. In fact, next to the boutique there is a restaurant and a tea room.
Since it was lunch time, I chose dishes from an express lunch menu: salad with shrimps for the main course and 4 macarons for the desert. The salad was fantastic: many shrimps and good seasoning. Neadless to say that macarons were excellent!
Comme c’était l’heure du déjeuner, j’ai choisi un menu lunch express: salade aux gambas pour le plat principal et 4 macarons pour le désert. La salade était fantastique: beaucoup de gambas et bon assaisonnement. Et bien évidement, les macarons étaient excellents!
